Code of Conduct

Parents & Spectators

At our football academy, we aim to create a safe, positive and enjoyable environment where
every child can develop their skills, confidence and love for the game. Parents and spectators
play a vital role in supporting this environment.

By attending training sessions or matches, parents and spectators agree to the following code of conduct:

• Encourage all players, not just your own child
• Focus on effort, learning and enjoyment
• Applaud good play from both teams

Promote Respect

• Respect coaches, referees and players
• Accept referees decisions
• Avoid criticism or confrontation

Respect the Environment

• Follow academy and venue rules
• Keep sidelines safe and clear
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere

Communication

If you have questions or concerns, please speak to the coach or academy staff respectfully at an appropriate time — not during matches or training sessions.
