We are looking for passionate individuals who want to help develop
young players on and off the pitch.
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated football coaches to join One Football Academy and help deliver high-quality training while supporting the growth of our players and the academy.
Session timings vary depending on the centre, typically taking place on weekday evenings and/or weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured, high-quality coaching sessions.
- Demonstrate strong organisational, motivational, and communication skills when working with both players and parents.
- Maintain professional conduct at all times, promoting an inclusive environment free from discrimination or harassment, in line with One Football Clubs policies.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and adults, ensuring all safeguarding policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Essential Requirements:
- FA Level 1 in Coaching Football.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding and Emergency First Aid certificates.
- Experience coaching and developing grassroots football players.
Desirable Qualifications:
- FA Level 2 / UEFA C Coaching Certificate.
- UEFA B Coaching Qualification.

TEAM COACH
Our boys’ and girls’ teams span U6 – U16 in a variety of local and regional leagues.
Responsibilities
- Weekly matches and training sessions
- Basic administrative tasks for team organisation
- Contribute to decision making of player recruitment and player progression

VOLUNTEER
Support our weekly football school sessions by creating a fun, welcoming environment, and gain valuable

- Assist coaches in delivering fun, safe, and inclusive football activities

- Support with set-up, equipment, and general organisation
- Be a friendly and reliable role model for young players
