Club Rules

CONSTITUTION

The Club was formed to enable a group of boys and girls to play football, learn and develop their skills, and help them realise a sense of sportsmanship and responsibility for the betterment of our society.

1. NAME: The Club is called One Football Academy

2. OBJECTS: The objects of the Club shall be to provide facilities, promote the game of Association Football, to arrange matches and social activities for its members, and community participation in the
same.

3. STATUS OF RULES: These Rules (the “Club Rules”) form a binding agreement between each member of the Club.

4. RULES AND REGULATIONS
(a) The members of the Club shall so exercise their rights, powers and duties and shall, where appropriate, use their best endeavours to ensure that others conduct themselves so that the business and affairs of the Club are carried out in accordance with the Rules and Regulation of The Football Association Limited (“The FA”), County Football Association to which the Club is affiliated (“Parent County Association”) and Competitions in which the Club participates, for the time being in force.
(b) No alteration to the Club Rules shall be effective without written approval by the Parent County Association. The FA and the Parent County Association reserve the right to approve any proposed changes to the Club Rules.
(c) The Club will also abide by The FA’s Safeguarding Children Policies and Procedures, Codes of Conduct and the Equal Opportunities and Anti-Discrimination Policy as shall be in place from time to time.

5. CLUB MEMBERSHIP
(a) The members of the Club from time to time shall be those persons listed in the register of members (the “Membership Register”) which shall be maintained by the Club Secretary. (b) Any person who wishes to be a member must apply on the Membership Application Form and deliver it to the Club. El pla

with the Complaints Procedure in place from time to time. Memberships become effective upon an applicant’s name being entered in the Membership Register.
(c) in the event of a member’s resignation or expulsion, his or her name shall be deemmed from the Membership Register.

8. CLUB COMMITTEE
(a) The Club Committee shall consist of the Club Officers: Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, and up to five (5) other members, all elected at an Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).

CONSTITUTION OF ONE FOOTBALL ACADEMY

Introduction

One Football Academy was established to provide boys and girls with the opportunity to play football, develop their skills, and foster sportsmanship, discipline, and a sense of responsibility that contributes positively to society.

1. Name

The name of the club is One Football Academy.

2. Objects

The objectives of One Football Academy are to provide facilities for playing Association Football, to promote and develop the game, to organise matches and social activities for its members, and to encourage community participation.

3. Status of Rules

These Rules (“Club Rules”) constitute a binding agreement between each member of One Football Academy.

4. Rules and Regulations

(a) All members of One Football Academy shall exercise their rights and responsibilities in a manner that ensures the Club operates in accordance with the rules and regulations of The Football Association Limited (The FA), the relevant County Football Association (“Parent County Association”), and any competitions in which the Club participates.

(b) No changes to these Club Rules shall take effect without written approval from the Parent County Association. Both The FA and the Parent County Association reserve the right to approve any proposed amendments.

(c) One Football Academy shall comply with The FA’s Safeguarding Children Policies and Procedures, Codes of Conduct, and Equal Opportunities and Anti-Discrimination Policies in force at any given time.

5. Club Membership

(a) Membership of One Football Academy shall consist of individuals listed in the Membership Register, which will be maintained by the Club Secretary.

(b) Any individual wishing to join One Football Academy must complete a Membership Application Form and submit it to the Club.

(c) Membership applications shall be considered by the Club Committee and granted in accordance with the Club’s equality and anti-discrimination policies. Any applicant refused membership has the right to appeal through the Club’s Complaints Procedure. Membership becomes active once the applicant’s name is entered into the Membership Register.

(d) If a member resigns or is expelled, their name shall be removed from the Membership Register.

8. Club Committee

(a) The management of One Football Academy shall be carried out by the Club Committee, which will include the Club Officers: Chairperson, Treasurer, and Secretary, along with up to five (5) additional members. All committee members shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
